Zen Bar Naturals takes consumer privacy and privileged information very seriously... We respect and protect our customers information, which will never be sold or distributed. 

Safety

Due to the nature of our products we strive to provide the best quality of each product. We do our best to provide fresh products with quality ingredients. We never cross contaminate an item, once sold or opened by a customer... we remove items from inventoried goods. 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

Email or Message us your potential Project and we will review your special request. "Cold Process Soaps" take 6 weeks to cure. Hot process soap we cure for at least 3 weeks. Other items may simply need a 4-10 weeks advance notice to have items sourced, created, labeled and shipped. 

Weigh the time needed and the notice given. If this time frame seems tight or cutting it close. The Answer is "No". We have to accommodate day to day functions. Monique has been FIRM on keeping goals and tasks within realistic timeframes considering vendors, shipping, preparation and packaging capable of causing potential delays. We are dedicated to only engaging in commitments with realistic time frames, sent in advance and well planned out and put together at point of entry. Otherwise Monique is Firm on Non Acceptance of scenarios which would be classified as last minute or cutting it close. Especially for a created product.

- Cash or Payment at POS at Live Events 

We usually have a QR Code, Link or POS System Setup On Site. 

We DO NOT INVOICE. 

But I Thought isn't an EXCEPTION. All Revenue Passes Through Merchants or POS entry of Cash (Only Accepted at Live Events where Cash Is Logged Via POS.
