Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 5 -10 business days. If there's a product outage due to a live event conflicting with your order we will email all back order statuses. If a soap becomes an "Out of stock item" You may choose another item or allow the soap bar(s) to be shipped once cured if this becomes the case (Rare, Since we dont back order or do pre orders MUCH)

Orders with items available and ready to ship are processed and shipped within 7 Business Days

Orders which contain "Made to Order Items" are processed and shipped within 10 Business Days.

Orders Containing Custom Items will need a 10 week order ahead time and will be shipped within 3-5 days of the orders completion. (Time frame could be less if the order doesn't include custom soaps that need to be cured)
*Orders are not split for shipment
*Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays (Zen Bar Naturals Ships according to the USPS Scheduling). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed (A Notification of Delay will be sent to affected clients if and when our shipping partner makes us aware of delays). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery if there are delays.

Due to the fact that some of our products are made to order we ship within 7-10 Days. Sometimes sooner depending on the availability or your item(s). Average Delivery time within a week. Due to daily Orders and Inventory changes we allow a 7-10 day "delivered" time frame.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
Zen Bar Naturals "will not" honor returns on products. We will assess the scenario and offer a Store Credit Towards another Item or similar accommodations. This is self explanatory with Bath and Skin Care Products. We will Request Proof of any Damaged items or Physical Evidence to Support Concerns.
Exchanges:
Zen Bar Naturals "will not" honor exchanges on products.
Ultimately these are skin care products and we cannot afford cross contamination of any sort. Especially after an active world virus/ crisis.
